Perseverance rover: NASA's Mars car to seek signs of ancient life

NASA’s Perseverance rover is not simply exploring the Purple Planet. The life-hunting robotic may even assist a little bit little bit of Mars make it to Earth a decade or so from now, if all goes in keeping with plan.

Perseverance, the centerpiece of NASA’s $2.7 billion Mars 2020 mission, touched down inside the Red Planet’s Jezero Crater on Feb. 18, 2021. As soon as it is absolutely up and working, the car-sized robotic will seek for proof of previous microbial life and accumulate  a number of dozen samples for future return to Earth, amongst different duties.
