CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — NASA’s subsequent megarocket for the moon, the Space Launch System (SLS) has arrived in Florida. The behemoth’s core stage arrived at NASA’s Kennedy Area Middle by way of barge final Tuesday night (April 27).

After a decade within the making, the company celebrated because the core stage rolled into the Automobile Meeting Constructing (VAB) two days later (April 29), marking the primary time that all the rocket’s parts had been in the identical place.
